As well as the quality of our products, customer service is also of the highest priority for us. Below you will find questions and answers that are most frequently asked by our customers.
Product Inquiries
We are always expanding KunstLoft. If you cannot find a particular motive, we would love for you to send us an email at feedback@kunstloft.com.
Generally we only offer our artworks in the indicated size. A picture in another format would need to be made especially as an individual piece. In this case, whether it is in small or large format, the price bracket would be from $500.
Let us know your desired motive, colour and size by filling out our practical commision art form. We will check whether these are possible and will send you an offer. Commission paintings start from approx. $700.
Since our sculptures are made by hand in small editions, individual requests at the last minute are unfortunately not possible. However, if you would like to send us your requests, we can incorporate them into one of our pieces in the future.
