As well as the quality of our products, customer service is also of the highest priority for us. Below you will find questions and answers that are most frequently asked by our customers.
Commission paintings
The cost of a commissioned painting depends on various factors, such as the size and complexity of the motif. You will find out the exact price after you have entered all informations into the configurator.
The choice of motifs is almost unlimited. In order to categorise the motifs, there are different themes under which you can place your order.
You can choose from them:
Single portrait
Portrait of a couple
Family portrait
Animal portrait
Nude portrait
Landscape
Vehicle after submission
House after submission
If you cannot find your desired motif under the selection, you can order it under the category desired motif.
The delivery time is approximatly 12 weeks from receipt of payment. Please note that the delivery time can be delayed if there are several feedback loops.
Your painting will be painted in a photorealistic style exactly according to your photo submission. You have the possibility to make small changes to your first picture suggestion and our artists will implement your feedback accordingly.
You can choose between a standard frame and a shadow box frame. With the shadow box frame, the shadow box forms a visual boundary between the edge of the screen and the frame profile and thus gives a classy floating effect.
After receipt of payment your painting will be commissioned. The invoice amount must be paid in advance. As soon as the money is on our account, we will pass the order on to our artists. Please note that paintings which have been produced on individual customer request are excluded from the right of return.
With our configurator (step 5) you can upload a photo of your choice and thus place your order. The order will be processed by our artists as soon as the purchase price has been credited to our account.
