My Account
With your free account, you can check the status of your order anytime (including order tracking.) You can also edit your billing and delivery addresses, and save your wishlist for later.
In order to open an account with KunstLoft, you will need to provide your name, email address as well as your postal address. Your details are safe with us. We guarantee that we will never give or sell your details to third parties.
In your wishlist, you can save an artwork, and then easily find it again upon your next visit.
If you have forgotten your account password, select 'Forgot your password? under 'Account' and request a new one. We will send you a new, randomly generated password, which you can change after logging in.
When you log in with your details under 'Account', you will see the 'User Information' section, which gives you the option to change your password. You will be asked for both your old and new password.
Under 'Account', you can change your email address in the 'User Information' section. You will need to enter your current password and new email address.
Under 'Account', you can edit your delivery and billing addresses in the 'Adresses' section.
If you would like to delete your KunstLoft account, please send an email to service@kunstloft.com. After deleting your account, we are unable to retrieve it. You will then have to sign up again.
