For the trio - Tobias, Armin and Florian - nothing is closer to their hearts than their own homeland. Inspired by the South Tyrolean mountain landscapes and lakes, the artisan team decided in 2015 to express their deep connection to their homeland in the form of artistic home accessories through elaborate handicraft. Based on the South Tyrolean word for homeland, they call themselves huamet. The native South Tyroleans thus carry on tradition and craftsmanship in a modern style. Their passion for craftsmanship is evident in the high quality of their wood art. They place particular emphasis on sustainability, which is why their unique products, including their popular wall clocks in unusual designs, are made exclusively from regional wood. All of their wooden works are designed and manufactured in their own carpentry workshop in the Ulten Valley. Huamet is also a leading company in South Tyrol in the field of laser cutting and laser engraving.
