You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.

The painting is very nicely painted, I like it, that's why I ordered it. However, I am very frustrated with the shop's communication regarding the payment not "reaching" them at first, culminating in them not putting a phone number or correct address on the shipment. They still blamed it on me as the customer, even though the address was correct on the order. It was only by luck that I had arranged to have the address corrected in the Czech Republic , where the parcels were sorted through their operational line, and I had given my phone number so that the parcel finally arrived to me after many days. It cost me a lot of wasted energy and time .So I will definitely not place any more orders with this shop and I will not recommend it to anyone....
