Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.

ABOUT KENNETH ZENG
Ich orientiere mich sehr an westlichen Künstlern. Viele davon sind in China sehr beliebt.
Von starken und leuchtenden Farben ist Kenneth Zeng begeistert. Mit seiner virtuosen Pinselführung und seiner unbändigen Ausdrucksstärke bringt er all seine Kreativität auf die Leinwand. Seine handgemalten Acrylbilder wirken trotzdem in sich stimmig und harmonisch. Der Künstler lebt zusammen mit Frau und Tochter in Maoming im Süden des Landes. Zeng arbeitet in vierter Generation im mittelständischen Familienbetrieb, bevor er sich mit der Malerei ein zweites Standbein aufbaut und gleichzeitig einen Herzenswunsch erfüllt. Seine positive Einstellung möchte der Künstler gerne mit der Welt teilen und setzt auf moderne und doch zeitlose Kunstwerke, die sich gegen kurzlebige Trends behaupten und Freude bereiten.
