Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.

Meine Kunst ist die pure Lebenslust!
Ian Ma ist ein Künstler mit vielen Gesichtern. Er lässt seinen Gedanken freien Lauf und bildet ab, was ihn berührt. Dazu nutzt er die unterschiedlichsten Inspirationsquellen: Ob urbane oder realistische Stilrichtung – Ma ist ein Meister der Vielfalt. Er wächst in Hongkong auf und interessiert sich sehr für die dortige Graffiti-Szene. Er sprüht die bunten Bilder in der Stadt nicht selbst, doch sie dienen ihm als Inspiration. Während bei seinen Graffitis bunte Farben und eine energische Malweise im Vordergrund stehen, sind seine realistischen Blumengemälde geprägt von einer zarten Farbwahl und feinen Pinselstrichen. Der Künstler steht für Kunst mit Gefühl und Symbolträchtigkeit. So vielseitig seine Acrylgemälde auch sind, eine Sache ist sicher: Mit Ian Ma wird es nie langweilig!
