Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.

Ich liebe es, ein großes Ganzes aus vielen kleinen Details zu schaffen.
Im Leben von Alex Zeng, geboren in Shanghai, benötigte es viele kleine Schritte, bis er endgültig die Laufbahn eines Künstlers einschlug. Sein Schicksal war besiegelt als er nach einigen Verirrungen und Rückschlägen schließlich an der Chinesischen Hochschule der Künste in Hangzhou zu studieren begann. Mit viel Geduld und einer großen Liebe zum Detail zeichnet er die Motive für seine Vintage-Collagen vor, wählt Papierausschnitte aus Büchern und Zeitschriften aus und ordnet diese an. Von Tieren über Architektur bis hin zu Portraits von Berühmtheiten ist alles unter seinen Werken zu finden. Bei seinen Acryl-Glasbildern und gerahmten Fotografien hingegen konzentriert er sich auf eindrucksvolle Darstellungen von Tieren und der Natur. Seinem Stil bleibt er aber immer treu – all seine Motive zeichnen sich durch besondere Intensität aus.
