If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.

Aurelia Yin schafft es mit ihren figurativen Blumen- und Tiermotiven, die Natürlichkeit zu zelebrieren. Geboren und aufgewachsen in Macau arbeitet Yin zuerst einige Zeit als Lehrerin. Besonders begeistert es sie, den Kindern handwerkliche und gestalterische Fähigkeiten näherzubringen. Diese Leidenschaft führt sie schließlich hauptberuflich zur Kunst. Sie selbst meint, dass sie durch die direkte und furchtlose Herangehensweise der Kinder, die sie unterrichtete, viel für ihre Kunst lernen konnte. Durch ihre ausgeprägte Farbgebung erhält die naturgetreue Darstellung der Gemälde einen wertvollen Gehalt, der seine Wirkung vor allem auf emotionaler Ebene entfaltet. Die Herausarbeitung feiner Details bezeugt das enorme Vermögen der Künstlerin, ihre Umwelt wahrzunehmen.
