Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
