Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.

ABOUT CHARLES MENG
Wirkliche Kunst lässt immer mehr als eine Deutung zu.
Charles Meng kreiert mit Leidenschaft nonfigurative Bilder. Seine Lieblingsmotive sind runde, kreisende Formen und langgezogene Linien. Geboren in Xi’an, die Hauptstadt der Provinz Shaanxi, fand er seinen Zugang zur Kunst schon sehr früh. Er war allerdings nie von konkreten Bildern angetan, sondern genoss schon immer die Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten, die sich im Abstrakten verbirgt. Während seines Studiums in seiner Heimatstadt führte das häufig zu hitzigen Diskussionen mit Professoren, aber letztlich konnte er sich durchsetzen. Mittlerweile hat er sich als Künstler etabliert und verfolgt entschlossen seinen eigenen Stil. Seine Farbgebung ist harmonisch und weich. Sie harmonisiert mit der filigranen Linienführung und den ovalen Formen. Durch die abstrakte Art zu malen, gewährleistet Charles Meng seinen Begutachtern viel Platz zum Interpretieren und Träumen.
