Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.

ABOUT MARC KUANG
Dinge, die viele banal finden, verwandle ich in Kunst.
Der Künstler Marc Kuang ist ein wahrer Naturliebhaber. Diese Verbundenheit ist kaum überraschend. Geboren und aufgewachsen in der Stadt Zhangjiajie liegt der berühmte Wulingyuan Nationalpark direkt vor der Tür. Kuang zeichnet sich unter anderem durch sein Einfühlungsvermögen und die Liebe zum Detail aus. Der Künstler wohnt mit seiner Frau und seinem Sohn am Rande der Stadt und bezeichnet sich selbst als Familienmensch. Seit dem Kunststudium hat er an seinem Stil gefeilt. Zu seinen Stärken zählt heute die Kunst, die Natur auf eine besonders romantische Art abzubilden, wie es kein Anderer macht. Die Übergänge in seinen Gemälden sind geschmeidig und weich. Sie lassen die Natur in einer Art Traumwelt erscheinen. Von maritimen bis zu Blumenthemen - Kuang begeistert Jung und Alt.
