With help of the patented SpringLOCK security system (product number: KL01133), artworks of all kinds can no longer been removed from walls by thieves and other unauthorised persons. However if you would like to take down your painting for other reasons, you will need the security key. This system is also suitable for slanted walls and ships. Insert your key from the back side of your wooden frame until it touches the SpringLOCK. Pull gently to unhitch the security lock. The painting can now be moved and hung in a different place if desired. This key weighs 22g and comes with a marker for the SpringLOCK, which helps you to position the screws precisely.

Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.
