Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.

Die Skulpturen von Kanita Raiwa strotzen vor Kraft und strahlen dennoch unglaublich viel Ruhe aus. Umso erstaunlicher ist es, die quirlige junge Frau zu sehen, die in einem knallig bunten Atelier ihre ruhenden Werke erschafft. Kraftvoll ist Kanita und voller Energie, doch ihr fast kindlich wirkendes, bunt-schrilles Auftreten mag so gar nicht zu den Skulpturen passen. Sie sei sich sicher, dass sie ohne die ruhende Kraft der Kunst durchdrehen würde, gibt sich zu. Und tatsächlich: Sobald Kanita anfängt zu arbeiten, strahlt sie eine innere Ruhe aus, alle Aufregung und Hektik ist aus ihrem Gesicht verschwunden und sie gibt sich ganz dem Erschaffen sanfter Formen hin.
