Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.

Kunst ist die Liebe meines Lebens, meine Familie und meine Heimat.
In den Randgebieten der zentralchinesischen Stadt Wuhan entstehen die fließenden Skulpturen aus der Hand Jacob Qiangs. Sein Auftreten passt zu seinen Kunstwerken: Stilvoll, schlicht und zeitlos sind die auf Hochglanz polierten Plastiken. Jacob Qiang hat sein Handwerk von Grund auf erlernt: Begonnen hat er als Gehilfe in einer Bildhauerei, später hat er Design studiert und seit 15 Jahren lebt und arbeitet er in seinem eigenen Atelier in Wuhan. Jacob liebt die Kunst und das Spiel mit den Formen, in seinen Augen leuchtet noch etwas von der kindlichen Freude, mit der er das Material bearbeitet hat.
