Delivery within the USA and EU is free of charge for order values of $40 and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.

ABOUT WASSILY KANDINSKY
Colour is a force that affects the soul.
Wassily Kandinsky (1866-1944) is considered one of the pioneers of abstract painting and abstract Expressionism. The artists‘ group which he founded in 1911 together with Franz Marc organised international avant-garde exhibitions, which quickly became some of the most important in German Expressionism. In his work 'On the Spiritual in Art', the Russian artist describes the psychological effect of colour and the similarities between painting and music.
