Frequently Asked Questions

Our handmade rugs and doormats are only suitable for indoor use due to their high-quality natural materials.

The covers of the cushions and poufs can be removed and washed. Wool or wool rug detergent and lukewarm water should be used to clean wool rugs. Before cleaning, the rug should be shaken out thoroughly to remove coarse dirt.

In principle, you do not need a frame to hang your KunstLoft painting. The edges of your painting are always painted in matching colors, so that frameless hanging is ideal.

With our XXL oil paintings, you have the option of purchasing the artwork including a shadow gap frame in various colors. This option is displayed with the respective product. If you opt for a shadow gap frame, the artwork is excluded from the 100-day return policy.

The perfect conditions for your wallpaper to hold well are: dry, smooth, clean and absorbent walls.

An important prerequisite for achieving the desired result is to check the surface of the walls. Before wallpapering, make sure that your walls are even, clean and dry. A primed wall is the perfect surface for your wallpaper, as it reduces absorbency and the paste is not absorbed by the wall like a sponge. Old wallpaper should be removed beforehand.
